When banners rose and trumpets sounded, it was the mounted nobility who carried command across the battlefield. From atop powerful warhorses, knightly leaders directed charges, inspired courage, and displayed the wealth and authority of their station. Surrounded by heraldry and faith, these mounted commanders embodied both martial might and divine purpose.

The mounted command group represented the pinnacle of feudal warfare: noble leaders in full harness, banner bearers proclaiming allegiance, and holy figures offering blessings before battle. Their presence could turn the tide of combat, rally broken lines, and drive men forward into the storm of steel.

This hard plastic box set allows you to build a complete four-man mounted command group for The Barons’ War. It includes four new mounted knight bodies and four fully barded warhorses, along with an extensive selection of interchangeable components.

This set contains two banners and a pennant, 24 highly detailed heads, including crowned helmets, mitred helms, full helmets, and bare heads with mail coifs and arming caps, and a wide variety of arms. Arm options include swords, maces, pointing arms, sacred symbols, a Bible, and characterful accessories such as a falcon and hunting dog. Shields and shield arms are also included.

All parts are compatible with other sets in the range, allowing you to create unique leaders, heraldic champions, and noble retinues. Whether leading a thunderous charge or overseeing the field from horseback, these figures bring authority, faith, and spectacle to your medieval host.

This hard plastic set includes one 54mm display piece with a scenic base and a 28mm version that can be built in two ways with a textured 25mm round base.

The 54mm model depicts Harper as he defends Blas Vivar’s chest by firing his ramrod into a French cavalryman. The 28mm model depicts Harper with or without his shako on march or ready to fire his rifle.

Sharpe and Harper are no fans of each other at the beginning of their story, but the foundation is laid here for all that is to come…

Clash of Rhyfles is the new, 144 page hardcover rule book for skirmish gaming on Alwyd, the whimsical world of the Quar beset by the grim horrors of war. Under the shadow of the Long War small patrols of brave young bucks and grizzled veterans fight the critical little conflicts that greatly impact the larger battles in ways few ever notice.

Clash of Rhyfles expands on the rules from A Rhyfler’s Pocket-Book, the quick-start rules found in our first starter. Clarifying and providing examples of key concepts, this book makes joining The Long War even easier for new players. Additionally this book contains new Special Abilities for your rhyflers and Equipment Traits for their weapons. From daring Yawdryls using the new Scout Special Ability to rules for Gwynt Scattergunners, players will find multiple new options for their forces.

Players gather a Patrol of rhyflers from their chosen Faction, selecting the profiles they feel will best help them seize the day, including the following new unit types.

Cavalry returns to Alwyd with new profiles better representing their power in these small
engagements. Cadier and Autopeds charge across the battlefield, attacking on the move. But their riders must be cautious!! One lucky shot and they may find themselves stuck on the ground, their mounts taken from under them, and have to continue the fight on foot.

Tractors and vehicles join the fray, bringing mobility and armored might to all Factions.
Transports race your rhyflers across the battlefield while Tractors provide vital firepower and durability to your Patrol.

Clash of Rhyfles introduces the full might of Heavy Weapons Teams to the skirmish setting. These devastating weapons can control major portions of the battlefield and require great skill and determination to remove, but must still rely on the humble rhyfler to protect their flanks.

New lore and uniform plates for seven of the main Factions on Alwyd make up the setting
chapter of the book, with all the information needed to choose the right group for you. The upstart Crusaders and elite veterans of Toulmore are joined by the Western Arnyarans in the fight against the Royalist forces of Coftyr, Fidwog, Gwynt, and Creevin.

Kicking off the officially licensed SHARPE’S RIFLES game and hard plastic range – we have the iconic Lieutenant Richard Sharpe as he would have been in January 1809 during the events of Sharpe’s Rifles.

The 54mm model is a display piece that comes with a scenic base. The 28mm version is true multi-part and has two arm and head options shown here and includes a textured base as well. Chris Hindmarsh has painted the two versions – one to look like Sharpe as per the television show and the other depicting Sharpe as described by Bernard Cornwell in the novel: tall, dark haired, and with a savage scar on his left cheek that made him look like an “execution”. 

We will be following the Sharpe box with similar frames for Harper, Riflemen Harris, and other notable characters from Sharpe’s Rifles. Andy Hobday is hard at work on the rules which will be revealed in the first game next spring.

Government, corporate, and underworld figures all require heavy security and you get what you pay for. These agents can represent typical hired guns or the creme de la creme of security services. 

This set will allow you build up to 12 men in suits, 4 women in suits, and 4 each of male and female bodies in tactical vests. Weapons include shotguns, pistols, MP-5s, P-90s, HKs, and M-class rifles. There are also arms for checking ear-pieces and holding a briefcase. Most parts will be compatible with the other sets in this range for even more weapon and head variety (suits and cowboy hats anyone?)
