DEAD MAN’S HAND is the 28mm skirmish game by Great Escape Games. Bands of tough and wily Cowboys, stoic Lawmen, ruthless Outlaws and crazy Desperados fight for fame and respect in the Old West.

Contains 10 multipart plastic miniatures and 10 plastic horses which can be made in more ways than it’s possible for a reckless bandit to die in the west. Included are all the weapons you need, spare hats, loot, saddlebags, holstered rifles. lassos, etc.

The mounted set may be made to mirror the Gunfighters plastic set on foot. Requires assembly. 50mm x 25mm oval plastic bases included.

Miniatures are 28mm sized, made of plastic & supplied unassembled and unpainted.
Some modelling will be required.
Not suitable for children under the age of 14.

The set includes 6 Tavern Patrons and a wooden bench.

Stronghold Terrain prints these miniatures as an official licensee of Reconquer Designs.

The miniatures are made for you from high quality resin using the UV curing process. Please note that you should always have suitable work utensils, such as gloves, protective mask etc., at hand when working on resin figures.

We also recommend not to expose untreated models to permanent sunlight and recommend at least a primer.

The resin miniatures are cleaned by us after production and hardened in UV light. We remove the supports that are necessary for the production, but it can happen that resin miniatures have to be reworked.

The miniatures have to be assembled and are delivered unpainted.

You will need super glue to glue resin.

Bases are not included

Not suitable for children under 14 years.

All the weapons you will need to arm your dangerous bunch are on the sprue, including pistols, three repeater rifles, one shotgun and a rifle as well as a host of other extras to make your gang truly individual. The Bushrangers are some of the meanest types you’re ever likely to cross. They’ve left the world behind and taken up a life of crime. Living in the most desperate parts of the land they feel they are out of reach of the law and society at large. This distance from others has taken it’s toll on any moral values they once may have had. For them life is cheap and best lived fast and wild.This box set contains 7 Bushranger figures, bases and Bushranger rules card, all you need to play Dead Man’s Hand. Sculpted by Mark Evans.

The Dead Man’s Hand Rule Book and Dead Man’s Hand Down Under Source Book are required.

US Kavallerie (7)

Die Kriege gegen die Apachen führten zum Bau vieler kleiner Forts an den Grenzen
zum Indianerland. Eines dieser Forts wurde in den 1860er Jahren nördlich von
Dead Man’s Hand errichtet, aber vor nahezu einem Jahrzehnt aufgegeben. Kürzlich
hat sich jedoch eine Handvoll Kavallerie-Soldaten dort niedergelassen.
1871 desertierten während des Feldzugs gegen die Yavapai viele Soldaten aus der
US-Armee, um der Hölle des Krieges zu entkommen. Unter ihnen befanden sich
auch Corporal Willsham und seine Männer. Aus Furcht vor dem Militärgericht
machten sie sich auf den Weg nach Mexiko und entdeckten auf ihrer Reise das
verlassene Fort in der Nähe von Dead Man’s Hand. Zunächst behauptete Timothy
Willsham dreist, dass er und seine Männer die neue Besatzung des Forts seien.
Wer würde schließlich in einem Militärstützpunkt nach Deserteuren suchen? Der
Bürgermeister von Dead Man’s Hand ließ sich täuschen, aber Sheriff Charlton
gab den Soldaten schnell zu verstehen, dass er nicht auf ihren Trick hereinfi el. Er
würde das Geheimnis jedoch für sich behalten, wenn Willsham und seine Männer
ihm zur Verfügung stünden, sollte der Friede in Dead Man’s Hand in Gefahr sein.
Seither besetzen die Deserteure das Fort und helfen Charlon, wenn Gesetzlose die
Stadt bedrohen, mit denen die Männer des Sheriff s alleine nicht fertig werden.

Die Box enthält 7 US Kavalleristen.

Gesetzlose (7) (Outlaws)

Eine ganze Reihe gesetzloser Banden treibt in und um Dead Man’s
Hand ihr Unwesen. Die meisten von ihnen haben ihre Lager gut
versteckt in den umliegenden Hügeln eingerichtet.
Die älteste dieser Banden wird von den Hancock-Brüdern angeführt.
Die beiden Zwillinge könnten nicht unterschiedlicher sein: Der
ältere der beiden, Barry, ist der Boss. Das Elend, in dem seine
Bande ihr Dasein fristet, lässt sich zum Teil darauf zurückführen,
dass er im Umgang mit dem Schießeisen eine vollkommene Niete
ist. Schwierigkeiten bei der Geburt haben aus seinem Bruder Tim
einen Einfaltspinsel gemacht, der unter ständigen Kopfschmerzen
leidet. Zahlreiche Gräber auf Sorrow Hill dokumentieren jedoch
eindrucksvoll, dass er seinem Bruder im Umgang mit dem Revolver
weit überlegen ist.

Die Box enthält 7 Gesetzlose.
