The Immortals was the name given by Herodotus to an elite heavily-armed infantry queued unit of 10,000 soldiers in the great army of the\u00a0Persian Empire. The force performed the dual roles of both Imperial Guard and standing professional army.<\/p>\n

The name Immortals\u00a0came from the warriors themselves immediately removed all of their killed and wounded from the battlefield heightening the illusion that they couldn’t be killed.\u00a0 This Immortal is a leader and hero among his peers.<\/p>\n

Pack contains one Mortal Gods Miniature. Made from\u00a0white metal and is supplied with a 32mm round MDF base. May require assembly<\/p>\n
