PREVIEW: Dark Age Pit-House

We are proud to announce the next building for our Dark Age range – the Pit-House. The model is inspired by a historical rebuild of a Saxon Pit-House in the open air museum „Sachsenhof Greven“. Pit-houses were common buildings in this era. They have been sunk about 1-1,5 m into the ground.

I designed this model with a small upheaval on the base and the gable walls partial open. For this reason this is the first building with the inside of the walls and the roof fully structured.

The first casts of this building will be available at the TACTICA in Hamburg in February. The release date in the shop might be a few weeks later.
