We have recently received complaints regarding our new 20mm square bases.

The problem is that the magnets for the base holes are too big and in fact the diameter of the last delivery of magnets is too big (almost 7mm instead of 6mm).

So if you have bought these bases in the last few weeks, please check if you have the same problem and drop us a line.

Replacement magnets with the correct diameter have already been ordered.
