Description

The invention of the Chuck Wagon is attributed to Texas Ranger Charles Goodnight in 1866. Using an army surplus wagon, Goodnight added a ‘Chuck Box’ with drawers and shelves for storage space and a hinged lid to provide a flat cooking surface. The resulting wagon was used extensively by cattle drivers and pioneers travelling to and from the frontier.

Supplied unassembled and unpainted in kit form with full instructions.
